JOB DESCRIPTION: Must be flexible with hours 8am – 8pm and willing to work on-call weekends

CCS will assist customers with sales, service, and payment related issues.   Must work well and develop relationships in cooperation with Customer Care Center and system offices. Understand and promote current marketing campaigns.  Must be able to use technical reasoning and problem solving skills. Responsible for performing computer entry to complete customer request. Must demonstrate initiative to learn all aspects of cable and handle multiple tasks. Must be willing to travel to other River systems to cover for vacations/illness. Perform all other duties as assigned.
